To use some of the services or features made available to you on this website, you will need to register. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. In order to make purchases through the website, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct.

The prices on the product page are indicated excluding VAT. The total amount of the order including VAT is visualized in the shopping cart on the checkout page. For products supplied to clients within the European Community and the UK, a VAT rate of 20% is applied. Clients based in countries outside the European Community will not be charged VAT.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
When you are using a promotional code for your purchase, the discounted amount will be calculated and will appear at the checkout after you have entered the code in the appropriate box.

When you sign up to our newsletter your details will be securly registered. Once you make your first purchase and your goods are dispatched, your delivery charge will be frunded to you by the method of payment which you used for the original transaction (Debit/Credit Card or PayPal). This can take 2-5 working days depending on your bank.

Please be aware that Duties and Custom Clearance charges may incur depending on the Country of Import and is the customers responsibility to check those charges before placing an order. MFP will not be responsible for paying Duties and Custom Charges.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
For faulty items please do not send any items back.
Instead e-mail immediately our customer care department:
Make sure you inform us of your order number, daytime contact number, your name and address and your reason for the return. In the case of damaged goods be sure to explain in detail the nature of the damage.
We will contact you to advice on how we will deal with the return.


-Delivery by Royal Mail: If the recipient of the order is not present at the time of delivery, a delivery note will be left by Royal Mail, stating that the postman has attempted delivery and the parcel is now awaiting collection at the nearest Post Office or local depot. If the parcel is not collected within ten (10) days, the parcel will be returned to the Post Office’s Return Centre and returned back to Maria Francesca Pepe LTD. Please note that this process could take up to a month. It is the Customer’s responsibility to track the order once it has been shipped. Maria Francesca Pepe LTD shall inform the Customer with the shipping tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Maria Francesca Pepe LTD will not be hold responsible for any parcels lost or not colected at the local depot after Royal Mail has registered the attempted delivery. In the case parcels are returned to Maria Francesca Pepe LTD’s warehouse our Customer Service shall promplty inform the Customer of the return, and in agreement with the Customer either issue a refund of the order balance not including shiopping costs, or instruct a new shipping at the Customer’s expense.

-Delivery by Courier If the recipient of the order is not present at the time of delivery; the Courier will leave a delivery note. The Courier will describe the status of the parcel: 1. The parcel will be returned to the Courier’s delivery depot and the driver will attempt to deliver your parcel the following day/s. 2. The parcel has been left in a secure location outside of the property. 3. The parcel has been left with a neighbor.

If the parcel has been returned to the Courier depot, after three (3) new delivery attempts the parcel will be returned to Maria Francesca Pepe LTD’ warehouse, as UNDERIVERABLE. We are unable to resend packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. In that case, we will refund the Customer the value of the goods ordered including delivery charges not including shipping costs. It can take up to 15 working days for our warehouse to process your refund starting from the date the Courier has returned the parcel.


All sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded on: markdown items, custom orders, and all international orders (outside the UK).

Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons the following items are non-returnable and non refundable: 

  • earrings
  • septum rings 

Returns Process for eligible items: please read carefully the RETURNS/EXCHANGES policy. It is the Customer ′s responsibility to ensure that the return form is enclosed with the parcel. Should the Buyer fail to enclose the return form, Maria Francesca Pepe LTD may not be able to refund the items until the related order is identified. Should the Customer fail to return their goods to the return address provided, Maria Francesca Pepe LTD shall not be held responsible for any delays in refunding the Customer or for any postage issues related to the return.


We would advise the Customer to return unwanted items by recorded delivery or by obtaining a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office or by any other means that shows proof of postage of the returned items. Any returns, which have not been refunded, will indicate that Maria Francesce Pepe LTD has not received the returned items and this will therefore need to be investigated. This investigation procedure can take up to fifteen (15) working days to complete and during this period no refunds will be processed until the parcel has been found and the returned items received by Maria FrancescA Pepe LTD in re-sellable condition.


Should the Customer ′s chosen Courier fail to deliver or lose their return parcel, it is the Customer ′s responsibility to claim compensation from their chosen Courier directly. Maria Francesca Pepe LTD is not liable for any lost returns.

Insurance on Returns: Please note that it is the Customer ′s responsibility to choose the most appropriate method of return insuring the goods as appropriate. Maria Francesca Pepe LTD cannot be hold responsible for any unforeseen delays, eg. strikes, riots, war or act of God.

Maria Francesca Pepe Ltd aims to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and public or bank holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock.

‘Made to order’ products are dispatched after four weeks of receipt of payment excluding weekends and public or bank holidays.

To offer you the best service we have chosen ‘Royal Mail’ for UK and European Community deliveries and ‘Worldnet International Couriers’ for express deliveries within the European Community, to the United States and for all other international deliveries.
As soon as your order is picked up you will receive an email with the tracking number (Air Waybill) for the corresponding delivery company, together with details on how to track. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days.
Also note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and Maria Francesca Pepe Ltd is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Maria Francesca Pepe Ltd insures each purchase for the time it is in transit only. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchase goods is passed to you.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, MFP are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
MFP is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays such as severe weather, natural disasters, etc. which may add an additional 1 to 2 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
Your order will be sent out in MFP signed packaging.

Once you place an order with us it can be tracked so that you know when it has left our warehouse and is on its way to your door. As soon as your order is shipped (which will be the next working day in most of the cases), we will send you a confirmation to your mail account mentioning all the details of your order.
