RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded on markdown items, custom orders, and all international orders (outside the UK).

Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons the following items are non-returnable and not refundable: 

  • earrings
  • septum rings 

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we will give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s), provided that you return them to us within 14 days of receipt and unused, i.e. in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels still attached. The company will not be liable for returns if the product is stained/corroded by makeup or perfume, scratched or damaged in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.

If you are not satisfied with your order and want to return it or part of it, you must inform us in writing within seven working days of receipt of your order.

TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND YOUR RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BEFORE YOU SHIP ANY ITEMS BACK.
PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS BEFORE GETTING AN APPROVAL VIA EMAIL FROM OUR CUSTOMER CARE.

After receiving a Return Approval, you can ship the item(s) to the provided address. Please print and include your original invoice form and your correspondence with your customer case adviser. 



PLEASE NOTE: Customer shall bear any return shipping costs and expenses.

These costs will NOT be refunded. Maria Francesca Pepe LTD takes no responsibility for goods before they reach us and the refund does not cover the shipping costs.

Please also make sure to include your original invoice when returning goods.
If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, Maria Francesca Pepe Ltd will offer a refund credited to the Card or Paypal Account used in the original sales transaction.
Please be aware that in case of refund, the shipping costs will not be refunded, and that shipping costs to send back goods are charged to the customer. We recommend you use a courier or registered post to send back goods.
Maria Francesca Pepe Ltd will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
